Please take some time to assess each exercise. Just click one of the 3 choices. Either:-

  • You love it and want it to feature in your programmes.
  • You are OK with the exercise.
  • You cannot do it (maybe due to strength). Please always assume that you have the equipment and have access to a venue (eg, don't click that you can't do a kettlebell swing just because you don't have a kettlebell...... you can filter this later. Or don't click that you can't do a beach exercise because you are not on holiday).
