School Programme

3010 is a great exercise programme that is perfect for school children. Children should get at least 30 minutes of activity each day (jumping, running, stretching, balancing, pair work and HIIT exercises). A period of exercise each day has been proven to improve:-

  • Learning outcomes.
  • Behaviour.
  • Concentration.
  • Long term memory.
  • Inquisitiveness.

Children, particularly older ones, can even plan their own programmes. Learning about the bodies muscle groups as they go. Children can also design HIIT sequences for their parents and family.

The children perform 5 minutes of warm up and then get into the main exercise sequence  which consists of 30 sets of exercises (30 seconds + 10 seconds of rest). They cool down and relax for 5 minutes. During the relaxation period they use yoga poses and perform breathing exercises. The many exercise sequences are backed up with pre-prepared lesson plans. Sessions can me tailored and differentiated for children with impaired motion.

We cover issues such as:

  • Skin health.
  • Muscle growth.
  • Healthy weight.
  • Cold exposure.
  • Food choices.
  • Skin structure.
  • Snacking
  • Sleeping.
  • Coping with stress.
  • Cooperation and teamwork.
  • The environment.

Competitive elements can be brought in:

  • Agility.
  • Push ups.
  • Plank duration.
  • Balance.
  • Hola hoop duration.
  • Poses.
  • Stretching.

All of these can be used as fitness benchmarks, so children can see their improvement throughout the term, it might not be the strongest or fastest who wins. Downloadable certificates can be given for performance or improvements.

All staff in the school will benefit from free membership of our main website. They will get some superb health, fitness and nutritional advice. This is free, normally costing £15 a month per person. Teaching is a tough job which is made easier when colleagues are in good physical and mental health.

The school can also benefit from making a 30% commission if parents or family members join (this applies to our monthly membership and our 3 month boosters).

If you want your school to get on board, it's easy to do. There are zero ongoing costs (and the school can make some good monthly commissions). All we ask for is a one-off set up fee of  £150 (£95 for school under 5 staff). This covers staff enrolment, branding the HIIT timer, branding the downloadable certificates and setting up the school resource area.
