Grass Fed Steak

Beef is a food that increases testosterone levels immensely. Grain-fed cattle in factory farms are fed mostly with GMO soy and corn. The meat coming from this kind of cattle is not as nutritionally dense as meat coming from their grass-fed counterparts. For example, grass-fed beef contains four times more vitamin K2, five times more omega-3’s, and two times more CLA (Conjugated linoleic acid - Linoleic acid is the shortest chain, omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid. CLA is known for fighting cancer, blocking weight gain and helping build muscle, and it’s almost exclusively found in high-quality beef and butter from healthy, grass-fed cows or other animals). Grass fed steak also contains more vitamin A, B vitamins, more potassium, more zinc and phosphorus.

Grain-fed cattle is often pumped full of hormones to make them grow faster. Most often this is a combination of estrogen and growth hormone to make the cattle big, but also fat at the same time. These hormone traces are ingested by you! Eating beef as your main source of protein is a good idea if you want to boost that testosterone production. The fat is mostly saturated, which is the best kind for testosterone production, and the protein is high quality animal protein, which is what you want to eat. If you’re short on money, grain-fed beef is better than nothing. A perfect hormonal boosting meal is a big steak, creamy onion & mushroom sauce, jacket potato with butter and lots of cruciferous vegetables. Sprinkle on sea salt and garnish with parsley. Add a few oysters as a starter and you will be swimming in micro-nutriments.
