Emu Oil

Emu oil is one of the healthiest fats available. It is massively high in vitamin K2. You don't cook with emu oil. You take it as a supplement. Since it's so concentrated, you don't need to take very much. In a Japanese rat study, vitamin K2 yielded more than 70% increase in plasma testosterone levels, and an even bigger increase was seen inside the testes (nearly 90%). K2 works by stimulating testosterone production directly inside the testes. The most biologically active emu oil loaded with K2, 100% as the potent MK-4, comes from a specific genotype of emu only found in Australia.  All emus outside of Australia are interbred and do not contain this special genetics.

Emu oil capsules are probably beneficial, but they are expensive. The emu oil industry has also had lots of "scam" allegations. If it a genuine emu oil sourced from Australia, it is probably good in terms of vitmin K2. Emu oil also contains roughly 20% linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid) and 1–2% linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid), so the ratios are pretty bad.

There are easier and cheaper ways to get K2 (Natto, pastured duck, pastured butter and cheeses etc).
